The dominoes continue to fall in the 2016 class. The weekend brought a number of verbal commitments and official visits. Dennis Smith Jr. kicked things off on Thursday night with his commitment to North Carolina State. Here is a look at the recent action.

Yoeli Childs – PF – Bingham High School (Utah)

Childs commited to BYU over the weekend. It does not come as a surprise as BYU was assumed to be the leader for the skilled post player. Childs played well alongside Frank Jackson for the Utah Propsects on the travel circuit.

Alani Moore – PG – Friendship Collegiate Academy (MD)
The guard with deep range committed to Temple on Sunday. Moore had offers from DePaul, Georgia Tech, UMASS, Seton Hall and others. Moore is undersized but he has shown that he can make up for it with his skill. He has a knack for scoring from all areas of the court.

Justinian Jessup – SG – Longmont (CO)
The high-scoring guard committed to Boise State this weekend. Jessup took official visits to Boise State and Davidson. He told NY2LA Sports that those were his final two schools a couple weeks ago. Jessup has a chance to develop into a highly productive player for Boise State especially as an upperclassman.

Xzavier Barmore – PG – Seneca (SC)
Barmore committed to Liberty recently. Barmore is an athletic point guard with a good feel for the game. He really shined at times for the Upwards Stars on the travel circuit this spring and summer. It looks like Liberty stole one with Barmore.

Sam Baker – PG – Benilde-St. Margaret's (MN)
The Minnesota Select guard committed to Winona State over the weekend. That looks like it could be a more steal for the Division II school. The big-bodied guard played well in July. He could have been a contributor for a number of Division I programs.

Logan Rohrscheib – PG – Regis High School (WI)
The Wisconsin Playmakers guard verbally committed to Minnesota-Duluth on Sunday evening. Rohrscheib had some monster games for the Playmakers on the travel circuit. He proved to be an outstanding shooter. Rohrscheib is also strong off the dribble when defenders try to take away his perimeter shots.

Official Visits
Te'Jon Lucas – PG – Milwaukee Washington (WI)

Lucas took his second official visit to Old Dominion over the weekend. He told NY2LA Sports that he is down to Illinois, Old Dominion and Southern California. He will officially visit Illinois this coming weekend.

Wenyen Gabriel – F – Wilbraham & Monson Academy (MA)
The fast rising Gabriel took an official visit to Maryland over the weekend. He will be visiting Kentucky next weekend. It will be interesting to track Gabriel's decision all of the elite programs are in the mix.

Miles Bridges – SF – Huntington Prep (WV)
Bridges officially visited Michigan State over the weekend. Bridges is originally from Michigan although he has played his high school basketball at Huntington Prep the last few years. He has visited Indiana already and he will visit North Carolina next weekend.

Tyson Carter – G – Starkville (MS)
Carter blew up during the NY2LA Sports Summer Jam tournament in July. He took his first official visit over the weekend to home state Mississippi State. He has visits to Arizona State, Memphis, Miami and Ohio State planned in the upcoming weeks.
